Who is Mellomy?

Mellomy is an intimates and loungewear brand run by a design team based in Hong Kong. We design our bras, shapewear, underwear, loungewear and lingerie in-house and produce them with partner factories, the same kind of factories trusted by big-name intimates brands. We sell only on mellomy.com.

Why are your prices so low? What's the catch?

There isn't one. It's just a shorter supply chain.

Will it actually fit me?

We take fit seriously, because in intimates it matters more than anything else.

  • Sizes from 2XS to 5XL across the collection, with bras up to 4XL.
  • A size chart on every product page, in inches or centimeters. For bras, you match your underbust and cup measurements to our sizes.
  • Wire-free comfort. Every bra in our collection is wire-free, including our jelly bra.
  • Fit help. Email us your measurements and the style you like before you order, and we'll recommend a size.

What if it doesn't work out?

How long does shipping take?

  • United States: about 7–14 business days with standard shipping, including processing.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more.
  • You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, and payments go through its secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
