Returns & Exchanges

1. Bras, Underwear & Shapewear: Size Exchanges Only

Each item can be exchanged for a different size once, within 30 days of delivery. A multi-pack counts as one item.
Email official@mellomy.com with your order number, a photo of the item with tags and hygiene liner still attached, and the size you'd like.
Once your exchange is approved, we'll ship your new size.
Shipping for the exchange order follows our standard Shipping Policy rates. The first item has no handling fee; each additional item is $3.
These items can't be returned for a refund.

2. Loungewear, Pajama Sets, Lingerie & Tights: Returns Only

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Email official@mellomy.com with your order number and a photo of the item with tags attached.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method, minus a return processing fee equal to our standard shipping rate for your country: United States USD $5.99, United Kingdom GBP £8, Australia AUD A$12, Europe GBP £5.90, all other destinations USD $5.99.
Size exchanges are not available for these items.

3. All Items: Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Email official@mellomy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll send you a free replacement.

5. Promotions & Partial Returns

Promotions, including Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Spend $139 Save $30, Spend $199 Save $50 and the WELCOME10 code, are recalculated on the items you keep. If a partial return means your order no longer qualifies for a promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Spend $139 Save $30 and Spend $199 Save $50 can't be combined; only one applies per order. WELCOME10 works with Buy 2 Get 1 Free and free shipping, but not with Spend $139 Save $30 or Spend $199 Save $50.
